- I understand that “Healing services” provides services of spiritual healing ONLY, and therefore, CANNOT and WILL NOT be considered as any form of medical treatment and/or therapy.
- I understand that “Healing services” is NOT affiliated with any medical services and/or any medical providers.
- I affirm and understand that “Healing services” DOES NOT and WILL NOT prescribe any drugs and/or any form of medication during and/or after any services provided,
- I accept the services offered to me by “Healing services” on my own and I assume any/all responsibilities and risk during the said services,
- I understand that results and outcomes of services provided by “Healing services” vary from client to client and, therefore, CANNOT be guaranteed.
- By accepting these services I agree NOT to sue or press any charges for any reasons whatsoever. I, furthermore agree to hold “Healing services” harmless of any unsatisfied results of services provided to me,
- I understand “Healing services” is not responsible for any refunds, therefore I agree that NO REFUNDS will be provided,
- I understand my responsibilities as a client of these said services and therefore I am responsible to pay for sessions offered to me by “Healing services” and therefore understand that all payments are due at the begginning of each and every session,
- “Healing services” reserves the right to deny any such services to any client at any time. Furthermore, I understand, I CANNOT demand any forms of services should any services be denied to me.
